Listeria Meningitis in Tamarindo - Tamarindo, Tamarindo Guanacaste Province

The week of 12 January-19 January while vacationing in Tamarindo, Costa Rica my husband contracted listeria meningitis. We do not know exactly where since we ate at different restaurants. There were 4 of us but only one of us got sick. My husband spent a week in the hospital, 3 days in ICU and is currently in a skilled nursing rehab facility.. At a restaurant but do not know which. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
