Severe Tandoori Reaction, Ongoing - Lay's, Basildon England

Ordered food Sunday evening July 2023 but when delivered, it was spicy chicken tandoori not plain. We rang restaurant who offered to send another plain tandoori. When it arrived quite a while later, I ate it, but I didn’t enjoy it, thought perhaps because I had had some of the spicy one, so my taste buds were off. The next day, I was so poorly. Couldn’t get off the toilet, couldn’t eat, couldn’t drink, over the next few days, my temperature spiked at 41 degrees, I lost a stone in weight. I spoke to my doctor, on day 4, provided a stool sample and this confirmed food poisoning, I was prescribed antibiotics. 8 months later and I am still not 100% right, but the restaurant is still operating normally. So frustrating that my life was so severely impacted and yet they carry on as if it didn’t occur. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
