Ate a chicken tostada at 2pm on Friday 3/25, 60 mins later felt uncomfortable pain in my stomach that progressed to violent vomiting by 6:30pm that lasted until mid-night, with diarrhea and chills. After there was nothing left to expel, around mid night - I immediately became dehydrated and just flat out exhausted, spent the next day in bed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills
