Last night I think it was a smoothie I brought from Tesco It was an energise blue innocent smoothie that came with a meal deal … no symptoms from food but at the end of my work day I drank the smoothie and in 45mins to an hour I was vomiting and had severe diarrhoea throughout the night | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
