You don't get food poisoning that quickly lol. If it was food poisoning, it was something you ate the day before, it just seemed like what you recently ate cause that's what you threw up. If it's still in your stomach it's not the cause.

Hi, thanks for your comment - but this is not entirely true. You CAN get sick from food that quick. If the contamination is chemical or physical, symptoms can start within minutes. If it is biological contamination it can start as fast as 30 minutes (e.g. staph). Other types of contamination can take longer, it all depends on what it was, but it can be fast!
Salmonella can start with symptoms in 3 hours or less
