Had dinner at Texas road house in Fairfield CA on April 3, 2016 for my friends birthday. A few hours later. I was so sick with diarrhea really bad, vomiting a little, spitting, headache and stomach was hurting. I had no appetite, I couldn't put anything on my stomach. I was going to the bathroom until after 2 am and had to MISS work | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
