June 2025 was in hospital for 4 days. Contacted the Texas Road House on Falkenburgh road Riverview fl. I have a case number(can't find). Trying to get in touch with due to hospital bills and lost work. I am now having issues again. In the process of finding out if it pertains to the e coli infection. The doctors are leaning that way. I know I have four years to file a lawsuit. I need help getting to the Restaurants proper office pertaining to this or any other place I should go I have tried several times to contact and she never responds. Im debating on wether to file a lawsuit against the restaurant. | Symptoms: Other, Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
