We think it was mushrooms at Texas Roadhouse, Four of us went yesterday evening. Three of us ate sautéed mushrooms and onions. One of the three immediately got a minor upset stomach that went away soon. Person 2 threw up once today and is extremely nauseous. Person 3 has burning diarrhea and nausea. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
