ordered from UberEats from restaurant TGI Fridays mid afternoon in Boston, MA Tremont st. Ate the food and after hour started to diarrhea and vomit at the same time non-stop back in forth all night until next afternoon I had to get ambulance to hospital. I was dying from dehydration and had nausea but no food too vomit I lost 10lbs less then 24 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
