Had breakfast at the toasted oak and developed severe nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps and extremely strong headache some hours after. Fainted and was extremely dizzy. Went to urgent care where doctor confirmed food poisoning. Coworkers informed the hotel but nobody followed up with me or tried to investigate what I ate. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Cramps
