Additional information: Al I had to eat that night was fried mushrooms. They tasted good and I’ve ordered them there before. About 10 hours later i was so sick. I’ve never been sicker in my life. I was in bed for 2 days unable to keep anything down. Dizzy. Blurred vision. Headache | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Headache, Dizziness, Blurry vision
