All ate same thing for breakfast and lunch at home. Went to this place for dinner - Three ate, one is now vomiting violently with diarrhea. We shared appetizer but had separate main dishes so I suspect something on his pizza was bad. He’s had FP before so I’m sure about it. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
