Ordered it for delivery . Ate it for lunch and an a few hours later extreme diarrhea and vomiting. It’s the 3rd day and I’m still out of it but better . Went to urgent care on Tuesday and was given fluids , a shot and a prescription to ease my stomach. Had cocktail sauce shrimp and fries. Hopefully we make the wedding on Saturday in Mexico but we are playing it by ear as we fly out Thursday morning and haven’t done any preparations as I’ve been sufferings . Cheesecake Factory is the ONLY thing I’ve eaten since Monday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I found the receipt as well and it’s the only thing I’ve eaten since lunch time on Monday
