I ate from a set menu a margarita pizza with lamb kofta starter. It was the only food nobody else had and partner/daughter were fine after their meals. Roughly 5 hrs later I began getting cramps, vomiting, diarrhoea. This continued throughout the night and because I have a bowel condition and the symptoms were so severe I’ve contacted my hospital team. I hadn’t eaten anything else that day and all other meals I made at home for the family and have had no problems with. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
