On Tuesday night I got take-out (chicken vindaloo) from here. About four hours later I began to feel as though I was going to pass out followed by severe gastrointestinal symptoms in which I vomited violently every half hour for 12 hours. Once the vomiting/diarrhea subsided, I spent two and a half days in bed with a headache and severe fatigue. I nearly passed out many times during this period.
