Vomiting diarrhoea stomach cramp nausea and fever with chills Either water or a pizza we ate at the resort. - Two of us but I was the worst. The stomach cramps are severe. Can't even smell food without feeling nausea. Worse for standing up. Sense of urgency to move bowels and at times can't hold it. Extreme tiredness. Been sleeping for almost 2 days. Not hungry. The diarrhoea and cramps in the abdomen are intense.I am on the mend. Medical service was a rip off 950RMY but I had no choice and I am better. Saw my Dr in Australia today and have a follow up in 3days if not fully recovered | Symptoms: Fever, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
