Tin of Mackerel in Sardine tin. Eaten on Tue. Jan. 4th 2022., bought it at their store at Ennis, Gort or Limerick. I was sick Stomach pains within one hour I complained to their Customer helpline. She issued me with a voucher ( Which I cannot open). Spoke to person this morning and she asked some really stupid questions and said the voucher was for €10.00 .I told her this was paltry and insulting and expressed my displeasure by tellung her to stuff it. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain

I had the same experience with tinned sardines, same customer service response too.
Sort the packaging out Jesus Christ
You provide small tins which makes it diffeult pulling the lid hence why the lid satays sort the packing out it’s dangerous as ive got to use a blade now to open it up.Sort your packaging out because there will be casualty’s with people having this same issue.Will be bringing this up with trading standards too..Please I beg you sort it out
