Charburger Meal Discomfort - Habit burger, San Dimas California

Tonight, 2/28/24 I ordered a charburger Patty melt without thousand island dressing and a garden salad with red vinegrette dressing. After I ate at the Habit Burger in San Dimas, I drove to Target in San Dimas to pick up a drive up order. At that time, my stomach started gurgling and my lower back was hurting. I barely made it home and inside when horrible diarrhea started. It's about an hour later, and my stomach is still uncomfortable and gurgling. I only had a bottled water to drink. The diarrhea just came on so fast without much warning. I can't think of anything else that could have caused this to happen. I felt just fine earlier today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
