Caesar salad , I had a long day at work and had a salad when I got off. I then wear woken up with the sharpest pain in my stomach at 4 am. I was in the bathroom for an HOUR. Once I thought I was done I went back to bed. Only to wake up again at 7am to have to vomit. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
