Chickpea Salad Illness Report - The Juice Box, Lakeland Florida

My friend and I had lunch there on Thursday. We were there around 11:30 AM. I had the Chickpea salad and water. She had something different and a yellow drink, We have lunch together only once a week. Within 2 hrs. I had serious gas and cramping in the stomach. Next hour, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting up of Kale. Sick with this from 2 - 4. Then tired, slept from 5-8 pm. Some residual diarrhea in the morning.

Friend, had stomach issues by 4. apparently resolved in an hour. Next morning symptoms recurred and she felt bad most of the day.

I took home half of my meal, but of course, didn't eat it. The food is now in my refrigerator in its original container. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas, Nausea
