4 came to dinner on Saturday. Monday morning little boy woke vomiting, still can't keep water down.
Husband started vomiting & watery diarrhea, cramps, chills.
Step daughter just called to say she'd been sick twice.
Kids meal chicken nuggets, step daughter had chicken bites & husband tried the chicken bite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
