Severe food poisoning several hours after eating a chicken sandwich at the Loop on Southside Blvd. Jacksonville, Florida Will be contacting the manager/owner as I believe this is a franchise. Severe symptoms, and even three days later, I am very weak and cannot eat anything solid. This food was extremely contaminated. I have had food poisoning before but never to this extent. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
