Taco Trouble: Nausea & Vomit - The Rancherito, Los Angeles California

tacos from a place down the street from me I had ordered the food and gotten it around 1:39 pm and i ordered 6 tacos but only ate 3. I had done some homework and then I fell asleep around 4 or 5 pm. i felt fine and i thought everything was good. then at around 7:30ish i coughed hard and it woke me up because I felt my food coming up with each cough. my stomach is cramping at this point and i felt so weak and just bad. i make it to the bathroom and then I throw up 3 to 4 times. each one hurting more than the last. after throwing up i felt more weak and i still felt a bit nauseous so i fell asleep. It happened around  7:30, | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Cough
