My sister and I ate exactly the same thing from the buffet restaurant which was a pad thai, that was made fresh in front of you, however we added a samon fillet from the seperate buffet section which was already cooked… thinking back, I wondered how long the samon fillets had been sat in the hot plate.Later that evening my sister felt quite unwell and had to use a public bathroom to vomit. We made our way back to our hotel where she progressively got worse - two after hours, I then started the same symptoms and we were both vomiting and had severe diarrhoea for hours. It is the only thing we had eaten in over 20 hours and the fact that we both ate the same thing can only explain that it came from food at the spa.
Would recommend only eating fresh food that you can see be made in front of you, and nothing from the buffet section as I am unsure of Romanian rules regarding food safety and how long it was on “display”. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
