This morning I had bread with Nutella for breakfast. (The glass is new and I only opened it this week) After that I drank water and I immediately felt nauseous. I didn't take it seriously at first because I never vomit, but I actually had to vomit about it right away. I've been nauseous all day since then. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
