I picked up food there for the train ride. Severe stomach pain and cramps began just a few hours later. The morning after, I also developed a fever, still the pain, diarrhea & vomiting I just mentioned. Since I was only eating there that day, I can rule out that anything else is to blame. Even now, 5 days later, I still suffer from diarrhea and stomach pain after eating. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Stomach Pain
