It started this morning when I woke up I got up to walk and go really lightheaded and my stomach started to rumble so I went to the bathroom and jezz it was bad but then it stopped and now I had to go again but this time was so much worse when you know everything comes out it felt like just water and severe stomach pain to the point of almost crying so never eating there again | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Lightheaded, Stomach Pain
