I grabbed a crispy chicken sandwich for lunch..as soon as i finished it..my stomach got instantly tight and i broke out into a sweat. Got home and i was sick...nauseous..diarrhea..fever..chills..stomach cramping.. its now 11:05pm same night and i keep getting waves of stomach pains and diarrhea and fever and chills.
