I notice every time I eat Tim Hortons food I get an upset stomach. I haven't had it in about a year and I was out with my son and I needed a quick bite and that was the only thing around so I tried again. As soon as I got home (after eating it) the cramps started and now I've been running to the toilet ever since | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
