Second time this past week where I order an ice cap and within a few minutes of finishing it, I need to run to the bathroom. First time I ordered the pumpkin spice and today I got the chocolate... I won’t be buying an ice cap again :( My upset stomach may have been from my own colon issues and not the ice cap. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
