This location is absolutely one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve ever had the bathrooms are absolutely atrocious Lee disgusting. It looks like they are never cleaned. The staff are completely rude and ignorant to customers unless there’s someone there to impress. I also got a drink poisoning from an ice cap three days ago at the Ajax Harwood location, which has been causing me tremendous pain. Worse than getting Covid. It made me lose a work day I got this ice capp before work and couldn’t even finish half of it endless sickness even on the third day I can’t consume food or drinks without getting sick. I’ve never had this experience ever in my life! This Tim Hortons NEEDS! To be changed the workers are terrible and can’t even clean the bacteria out of their machine they’re going to kill somebody and that’s not how serious it should get. If I was a health critic I would shut this place down in a blink of an eye | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
