I just tried to test the 1.99$ chicken sandwich in, I ate it afternoon but tomorrow morning I had bleeding in my stool and then vomiting, fever, shaking..., I was alone at that time, the symptoms started next morning( I had afternoon before). my blood pressure dropped sharply and I felt fatigue and weakness and shaking was started | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Weakness, Fatigue, Shaking
