Closure date: 04/22/2022Clogged sinks. Floor sinks were clogged, and while no sewage was backing up, it left the kitchen unable to use the handwashing sink. The clogged sinks and inability to wash hands were both critical violations, and there was a third for the restaurant having a severely dented can of ketchup in storage.
