Purchased: Signature Select canned Pineapple Slices and within an hour I was doubled over with extreme cramping and bloating. I tried using the bathroom but only gas passed. The cramping and bloating was just the beginning…things got much worse. I wound up with the worse vertigo and a pounding headache that would not go away. I went to bed to try and rest, my husband woke me up a couple of hours later but I was still in pain and drank a little water and fell back asleep until the next morning. I felt better mid day the next day but weak.I had nothing but those pineapples so there’s zero doubt it was the cause of my food poisoning.
NEED TO BE REMOVED OFF THE SHELVES. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Headache, Bloating, Gas
