Ramen Causes Kids' Fainting - Walmart, Castle Rock Colorado

My seven and nine year old ate Top Ramen (Chicken flavor) for dinner around 6 pm. Normally they will have a snack around 7:45 before bed time but that night neither wanted a snack and went to bed per normal schedule. Next morning at 5 am my seven year old woke up complaining of a nose bleed and while I was helping him get cleaned up, he complained of stomach ache and dizziness and immediately after fainted into my arms. At around 7:15 am, while doing my nine year olds hair, she was perfectly normal talking & laughing and than out of no where she mentioned the same, ‘my stomach hurts’ followed by headache and immediately she fell head down into the tub. Doctors cannot find a diagnosis as they were back to normal within 15 minutes. Only common thing they both ate that day was noodles. | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
