We ate here last night, and one of the employee's was salty to me, and I was salty right back, and told my fam that he was probably going to spit in my food. Worse. 5 minutes after we left, I started feeling nauseous, sweating, I was trembling and dizzy and then started throwing up in the car and had diarrhea and severely sharp stomach pains. I don't just think it was food poisoning from spoiled food, I think my food was actually laced with something because no one else got sick. We had queso but again, no one else got sick and my daughter in law had the chicken fajita just like I did. I was perfectly healthy when we walked in there and haven't been out of the house for over a week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating, Stomach Pain

Well if you think this through to its logical conclusion, that means this person was carrying around some concoction or substance that would create or cause this effect. This would also mean he/she didn't necessarily plan this for you specifically but had this in mind for anybody or anyone who they felt inclined to use it on. It's outright criminal.

Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: How, when, and if you become ill after eating contaminated food will depend on the ‘bug’, but also the amount of exposure, your age, and your health. Food poisoning can be especially dangerous, and even life-threatening, for people with weakened immune systems. Have a good day!
