I cooked totino's pizza rolls for lunch. They tasted off but I figured it's because I hadn't eaten them in well over a decade and my tastes had changed. 20-30 minutes after eating them I came down with chills and then started vomiting/diarrhea. 12 hours later the vomiting and diarrhea has slowed.. - 20-lb. carton boxes containing four packages of “SKYLINE PROVISIONS, INC. GROUND BEEF 75/25” with “ITEM # 000293” printed on the label.
These products were produced and packed on Aug. 19, 2023, and bear establishment number “EST. 19300” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The problem was discovered after FSIS received a customer complaint reporting that a foreign object was found during food preparation.
