I ate the Totinos pizza about 9 pm on 2/3/17. The diarrhea and vomiting and terrible stomach pain started about 1:30 am on 2/4/17 and lasted all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Totino's from Walmart 11:59 PM May 18. Onset of food poison: right now May 19 at 9:41 AM. Diarrhea. Log for lawsuit.
