Ammonia Odor, Immediate Symptoms - Toy’s Restaurant, Sheboygan Wisconsin

Onset: IMMEDIATELY Duration: 5 days and counting I was immediately sick off the red curry with tofu within just a few bites! Was a very strong ammonia taste present and the moment I tasted it, I was already puking. My meal was delivered to me directly, no additional stops and it came in less than 20 minutes. Symptoms: projectile vomiting(the un- digested food), severe headache, burning sensation in nasal cavity, mouth, gums and teeth and eventually diarrhea. I felt feverish and dizzy, weak and and legs were cramping. I landed in the ER when the pain in my stomach and burning sensations increased.
