I recently started working near this place recently and have eaten there several times and thought it was "ok". I ate there yesterday Oct 20, 2022 and had the 49ers special which is basically a reuben sandwich. It was the only thing I ate yesterday because I am intermittent fasting. Within one hour after eating this sandwich I got so sick I had to leave my office and go home. I ride a motorcycle and could barely make it home. Then I proceeded to projectile vomit from every orpheus in my body for the past 18+ hours. UPDATE: It's now Saturday Oct 22 and still sick and just spent over 6 hours in the Panama City Emergency Room on hwy 231. I definitely have food poisoning. I lost so much fluid through vomiting and diarrhea they had to run two IV's through me with nausea meds and potassium. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
