Woke up at 3am puking everything i had after diarrhea. Not sure from what it was. Had lasagna in old town but that was just hours before. At lunch i had a chicken sandwich from Hotel Dubrovnik in Lapad. The day before i had a questionable chicken burger from tuttobene but not sure if it can come more than 30 hours after? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else
