Additional information: Ate at twigs last night around 7:30 pm. I had the March special Dijon chicken and a lemon drop. Later that evening I had diarrhea then all day today I was vomiting having chills diarrhea and not able to keep a single thing down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
