Ongoing Vomiting, Severe Pain - Uber Eats Delivery, Fresno California

I ate it last night and threw up all night, head pain and stomach pain all day. Slept half the day away instead of playing with my toddler and hubby. I am still vomiting and having stomach pain. I had to have a heating pad on while I try to eat dinner with my family.
