Ate an omelet at Under the Oak, Scarlet Pearl Casino, on Monday, Oct. 1, 2018 around 8:00 PM. Next morning had severe diarrhea, vomiting, and a low-grade fever. Diarrhea continued for over 24 hours even though 4 Imodium tablets were taken to stop the diarrhea. Literally, thought I was going to die and I was too ill to drive to the Emergency Room. Last night I saw on news there is an outbreak of illness from eggs from a farm in AL. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
