Wife is currently sick with this exact issue only thing she had that day was a Starbucks drink.

Today, I bought an Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk with 1 pump of white chocolate sauce and have been sick for over 3 hours. Bad stomach cramps, diarrhea(sorry for the tmi), bad nausea and cant hold anything down without running to the bathroom. I reviewed the ingredients and found that Starbucks uses canola oil in the oatmilk and cold foam. Not sure if the oil and caffeine triggered this but it's painful. I just took an activated charcoal cap and hope this will help.
