Had the Pumpkin pancakes at 10am. Had not eaten anything else for the day... got deathly sick by 4pm. EXTREME VOMITING. SO SEVERE I WENT TO THE ER. Minimal diarrhea, and extreme vomiting. There was also chocolate shavings on top of the pancakes and a side of 1 cut strawberry. There is nothing else that could have given me the food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
