Expired Can Causes Illness - Chef Boyardee, Vernon British Columbia

7 years ago reported by user-bpcj5864

Vernon, BC, Canada

Vernon, British Columbia, Canada

.This can of chef Boyardee had been sitting in our pantry forever, so I decided to try it since I had never tried it before. It was 4 years past the expiry date, but the can was completely sealed. I ate late last night, and felt a little sick in the morning. As the day went on at work, I went through waves of feeling better and feeling worse. There was a strong smell of onions around that made me vomit. I went home after 4 hours, rested for several hours with a headache and stomach pains. I slept most of it off. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
