Couple's Severe Stomach Bug - Vida, Knoxville Tennessee

I’m not 100% sure it was there. The next morning after dinner my gf had a horrible stomach issue. She thought maybe it was just a menstrual thing at first but then thought maybe she had gotten a stomach bug. The next day after that I got the worst stomach pain/bug feeling I’ve had in my life. Woke up at 4:30 sitting upright holding my stomach because in my sleep I had already assumed that position out of pain. When to the clinic because I was a fried my appendix was erupting. It was incredibly painful and last the day. The next day I had bad bowel movement but not the pain o had experienced before. My gf said hers was exactly the same just seems to have hit her a day earlier. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Stomach Pain
