I ate there and got diarrhea and vomiting for 24 hrs. They tried to charge me extra to see their doctor for getting sick by eating their food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We had the same exact experience in March at the same resort. My boyfriend got food positioning and we suspect it was at Vista Sky’s also. We ate all the same foods but he had a bunch of fruit and salad, and I think that’s where he could have gotten the food poisoning because I was ok, but only had cooked food. The staff showed NO concern for it being food poisoning and didn’t even care that he got sick. They said people get sick from alcohol all the time. We said fever and vomiting for 24 hours is not a hangover, he was so sick. They also told us we could pay for a doctors visit, I’m like, for what!? For them to tell him to rest and wait to get better?? I know it’s a risk we take when traveling that we could get sick, but seriously they should care more about guests getting violently ill. It was such a damper on our trip and they said oh well you’re still here so you have to pay full price and try to enjoy it. We pressed them and they gave us a $20 voucher so we got some key chains. Spent 6k on a vacation where he’s food poisoned and we get some key chains to remember it by. Lol. So disappointing. I’m sorry you had the same experience
