We got Dutch apple pie and tasted very salty and off so didn’t have much. Later night bad cramps and some diarrhea. Morning worse. I wasn’t as bad my husband who had more! He has gotten worse and fever. Both have upper stomach pains. Diarreah and he has been throwing up and not hungry and can’t keep fluids down or food! Now 100.7 fever going to take him to Dr!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Stomach Pain
